SET UP THURSDAY JANUARY 5, 2023 AND FRIDAY, JANUARY 6, 2023
To set up your display or sales table(s), you must enter through the back entrance loading dock area between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday, January 5th and 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Friday January 6th. If needed, assistance may be provided by volunteers.
TAKE-DOWN ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 7, 2023
Take-down will occur immediately after the show at 4 p.m. on Saturday, January 7th.
Neither SW FL Woodcarvers, Inc. nor Charlotte Harbor Event Center are
responsible for any loss, theft, breakage or damage to articles or merchandise.
All legal fees or taxes resulting from any sales are your responsibility.
