Use the online entry forms if you wish to pay by credit card. Printed entry forms must be mailed with the appropriate payment.
Woodcarvers and Woodturners, if you are entering both a carving and a turning, use two seperate forms.
Use the online entry forms if you wish to pay by credit card. Download the appropriate fillable form, complete the form and save it to your computer. Select the “Submit Entry Form Online” above, where you will be prompted to upload the saved file and provide payment.
