Club, sales, and display tables are for the sales and display of wood art. These tables are not meant for the sale of tools, wood, or other materials associated with the craft.
Table Fees:
$30.00 for each table, approximately 3 ft. x 8 ft.
Electrical Hook-up is an addition $25.00
SET UP THURSDAY JANUARY 9, 2025 AND FRIDAY, JANUARY 10, 2025
To set up your display or sales table(s), you must enter through the back entrance loading dock area between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday, January 9th and 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Friday January 10th. If needed, assistance may be provided by volunteers.
TAKE-DOWN ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 11, 2025
Take-down will occur immediately after the show at 4 p.m. on Saturday.
Neither SW FL Woodcarvers, Inc. nor Charlotte Harbor Event Center are
responsible for any loss, theft, breakage or damage to articles or merchandise.
All legal fees or taxes resulting from any sales are your responsibility.
